The Origins About This Nurse
Well, for a start, life as a nurse started when I graduated from Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic in 2001 and subsequently obtained my Bachelor of Nursing and Advance Diploma in Nursing for Orthopaedics. I began my medical experience as a Staff Nurse in a private medical-surgical institution for orthopaedics and that was where I got to manage many acute and chronic pain patients and follow up with patients who were post operative and required acute pain management. Besides that, I acquired several other skills such as FOCUS PDCA (Infection Control), Basic & advance ECG, Management of Incontinence, Enhanced Midwifery, Trauma Resuscitation and Professional Image. To top it all, I am also a qualified CPR, Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor. Still awake? Alright, that was the boring stuff...the real story about me is this...I've always been a carefree girl and my life as a nurse has always been peppered with the occasional stress relief activities with my friends.

Since I have never gone anywhere outside the medical arena, I never really gave much thought to it. However, with constant reminder and encouragement from him, I finally gave in, as I do have some spare time after work and it is something I'm passionate about.  The Other GuyHaving a day job as an Independent Financial Adviser, I'm always very concerned about the costs of medical bills and retirement....especially, since I do have ageing parents at home. During the nights, I unwind by spending much of my time shopping online, since that's the only time I don't need to travel out of my house to meet clients.From buying things online, I went on to getting myself interested in internet marketing and one day, I somehow chanced upon SBI! (though I have to admit it took some time to convince her!)
