Travel Insurance-Medical

Chartis Travel Insurance

Each year thousands of Singaporeans travel abroad with very basic travel insurance-medical needs when they leave for overseas vacations, corporate or business travel, international study abroad, and missionary travel worldwide to name a few.

Many holiday makers discover the hard way that the travel insurance-medical plan they signed up through credit cards, budget airlines or travel agencies provide little coverage for losses incurred as a visitor in a foreign country or an expatriate living abroad long-term.

Travel Insurance-Medical Coverage for medical treatment away from home can be expensive and evacuation from a life threatening situation can cost thousands of dollars...at times, more than the cost of the trip abroad.

Chartis Singapore TravelGuard helps take some of the costs of medical expenses out of international travel abroad. Protection against these health care losses is available for individual visitors traveling worldwide, outside Singapore.
